Our granting program continued to be focused on the Revitalization of Kennedy Park in 2010, with a Let them Be Kids Grant received for the Trent Hills Playground and Adult Fitness Park Project. Grant funding for community projects was capped at $5,000.00 per project.

COMMUNITY FUND PROJECTS
Kennedy Park Revitalization Project Let Them Be Kids matched funds raised by the community to build 3 Playgrounds with Adult Fitness Equipment in the three communities of Campbellford, Hastings and Warkworth.
Campbellford Skatepark Committee in parthership with The Municipality of Trent Hills. Provided top-up funds to complete the concrete skatepark as part of The Revitalization of Kennedy Park Project. Amount: $30,000.00
Aron Theatre Co-operative in partnership with The Municipality of Trent Hills. Funded the Marquee Restoration and LED lighting. Amount: $5,000.00
Campbellford & District Minor Hockey Association in partnership with The Municipality of Trent Hills. Funded the CMHA Sweater Renewal Project. Amount: $5,000.00
Campbellford Lawnbowling Club in partnership with the Municipality of Trent Hills. Funded the construction of a secure storage building and repairs to the clubhouse utility area. Amount: $4,850.00
Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation Funded a communications strategy for CMH. Amount: $5,000.00
Campbellford Minor Softball Association in partnership with The Municipality of Trent Hills. Funded the purchase of uniforms, a portable net and Equipment storage box for the Campbellford Cougars. Amount: $2,530.00
Campbellford/Seymour Community Foundation Funded the CSCF Strategic Planning session in parthership with The Municipality of Trent Hills. Amount: $5,000.00
Campbellford-Seymour Heritage Society Funded upgrades to software, installation and training. Amount: $1,430.00
Community Care Northumberland Funds towards the Northumberland Transportation Initiative. Amount: $5,000.00 |
Friends of Crowe Bridge Park in partnership with the Crowe Valley Conservation Authority. Funded Crowe Bridge Conservation Area swimming area and trail enhancement. Amount: $5,000.00
Heads Up for Inclusion in partnership with Community Living Peterborough. Funded the Pilot the Amigo's Program in the Campbellford Community. Amount: $5,000.00
Hillcrest Public School in parthership with KPRD School Board. Funded the purchase of band instruments. Amount: $5,000.00
Kent Public School in partnership with KPRD School Board. Funded the purchase of Smart Boards and projectors. Amount: $5,000.00
Kinsmen Club of Campbellford in parthership with The Rotary Club of Campbellford. Funds towards the purchase of uniforms for the Trent Hills Titans Minor Football team. Amount: $3,000.00
St Mary's Elementary School in partnership with PVN&C Catholic District School Board. Funds towards the Junior Playground project. Amount: $5,000.00
